From the 33 West:
Exit Union Road.
Turn left.
Go approximately 2 miles to Wehrle Drive.
Turn left on Wehrle Drive and we are the first driveway on your right in Gold's Gym Plaza.

From the I-90 West:
Exit Cleveland Drive, the exit after the 33.
Turn right on Cleveland Drive.
Go one block to Beach. (Sunoco station on left)
Turn left on Beach and go 1 block to Wehrle Drive.
Turn Right on Wehrle Drive.
Go approximately 1/4 mile to driveway on left in Gold's Gym Plaza. (Before Union Road)

From the I-90 East:
Exit Main Street East.
Merge onto Main Street.
Continue on Main to Union Road. (Walgreens on the corner)
Turn right on Union Road.
Go approximaytely 1 mile to Wehrle Drive. (Next light).
Turn right and then right into the 1st driveway on your right.

From the Peace Bridge: (Approx. 15 minutes)
Take the 190 North Exit onto the Thruway
Exit onto 198. (Only one direction available)
Continue on 198 past stop light
After the stop light, merge into right lane and exit 33 East toward the Airport
Continue on 33 East, approx. 5 miles
When you pass the NYS Thruway exits, take the next exit for Union Road.
(approx. 1/4 mile on right)
Turn left on Union and continue to Wehrle Drive. (4 traffic lights)
(Turn left on Wehrle Drive and enter 1st driveway on your right into Gold's Gym Plaza.
We are located immediately on your left as you enter the parking lot.
(If you go to the Galleria Mall, we are only about 5 minutes from there.)
